btdbd ("Platform", "we", "our") operates an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the btdbd website and all services associated with it.
If you create an account on our platform, log in, or use any game or service, it will be assumed that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
btdbd reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Eligibility & Registration
Age & Eligibility Requirements
The following eligibility criteria must be met to use btdbd's services:

- You must use the service as a responsible individual.
- You must have a valid, active mobile number.
- Each person may operate only one account.
- Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number or the same payment account is strictly prohibited.
Account Information & Security
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.
You must keep your account password and login details confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
Payment Methods & Limits
btdbd currently supports transactions through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These methods ensure fast and secure transactions for users in Bangladesh.
Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. However, additional time may be required in some cases for identity verification or security checks.
- It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.
- Transactions using a third-party account or a mobile banking account registered in someone else's name are strictly prohibited.
- btdbd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any payment in the case of suspicious transactions.
- If fraudulent activity is proven, all funds in the account may be confiscated.
Bonus & Promotion Policy
Welcome Bonus & Wagering Requirements
btdbd offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000, is provided.
Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200.
Example 2: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a bonus of ৳5,000 (maximum) → total balance ৳15,000.
The following conditions must be met to withdraw bonus funds:
- Wagering requirement: you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit).
- Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = bonus winnings can be withdrawn after ৳30,000 in wagers.
- The bonus can only be claimed once and is non-transferable.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in both accounts being terminated.
- btdbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If irregular or fraudulent betting is detected on any promotion, the associated bonus and winnings may be voided.
Gaming Rules
Fair Play Policy
btdbd is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated through reliable technology to ensure results are entirely random and impartial.
- Using any software, bots, or automation tools to play games is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to exploit any technical error or glitch in the system is prohibited.
- btdbd reserves the right to void any winnings or funds incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply when using btdbd's sports betting service:
- All bets take effect once acceptance is confirmed.
- Odds displayed before an event begins are subject to change.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to btdbd's established rules.
- btdbd reserves the right to suspend betting in uncertain or suspicious circumstances.
- Bets placed on events affected by match-fixing or other unfair means may be voided.
VIP Program & Rewards Policy
VIP Tiers & Benefits
btdbd's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity.
- Bronze tier: up to 0.4% weekly cashback benefit.
- Silver tier: up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit.
- Gold tier: up to 1.2% weekly cashback benefit.
VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the associated account. btdbd reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time. Members will be notified if the tier determination method or benefits change.
Responsible Gaming Policy

Prohibited Activities
Strictly Prohibited Actions
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btdbd platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be confiscated:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
- Attempting to harm the platform through hacking, phishing, or any other technical means.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Creating an account using a false identity or fake information.
- Using any type of fraudulent tactic to gain an unfair advantage.
- Assisting a minor in using the platform or playing on their behalf.
Account Suspension & Termination
User's Right to Close Account
Any user may request to close their account at any time. Please contact our support team to make a request.
At the time of account closure, any available balance — subject to wagering requirements being met — can be withdrawn provided the minimum withdrawal threshold is reached.
Account Termination by btdbd
btdbd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraudulent activity.
- Suspicion of money laundering.
- Registration using false information.

btdbd always strives to provide uninterrupted and error-free service. However, btdbd will not be held liable for service disruptions in the following circumstances:
- Internet outages, server maintenance, or technical emergencies.
- Disruption to services provided by third-party payment providers.
- Natural disasters, government directives, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Issues arising from the user's own device, connection, or security.
btdbd has the full right to correct any winnings or balance incorrectly displayed due to a technical error. In such cases, no claim based on the incorrect information will be accepted.
